When I blew my gearbox at Pod, Dan towed me out in his old 3 door, we was over 70mph most of the way with a peice of rope as long as a gnats cock.

Top lot of lads though

I'm off down there tomorrow so I'll let you know on Monday. Met the boys at the last PF meet at Southend & top bunch of blokes, mad as hatters but funny as fook. They seem to know their stuff and when chatting to them last week was good for advice & ideas.

Ive had mine tuned by the rs turbo king twice now with no complaints, although they are a bit laid back so you’ll probably end up being there nearly all day.
Id say jamie knows his stuff if his last rst was anything to go by, fairly rapid and seamed bullet proof never saw it blow up when I saw it go. and i agree dan is a liitle made, think he`s been breathing in to many exhaust fumes

owww a bit of bad news! wanna say more?
took mine there to be set up
got it back slower than when it went and wasnt a happy chappy
took it to castle and they laughed about the settins put it right and it flew!!

my bro turbo ran for 4 years had no ploblems done loads and loads of shoot outs ,quaters, top speeds etc etc
took it there to be "live mapped" after a day on the "rollers"yea rollers not on the road!! they said there you go
first top speed run melted a piston!!

we rebuilt the engine took it to a top quality mapper
he found problems that should of been fixed before it was mapped the first
time, problems that meant that no way it could of been mapped propper

just my experince of jamsport

never used em myself, but they set fire to my mate turbo'd XR4x4 after forgetting to put a petrol pipe clip on.....

as said, havnt used myself, so havnt got my own opinion. They just seem to have a reputation more round here as the 'in' crowd more than quality tuners.....you wouldnt believe what cars are popping up with Jam Sport stickers on Remember the Turbosystems sticker phase of about 1998?

so as said, no personal opinion on their work, but I wouldn't use em I use G Sport (currently rebuilding my Cos to St3). Quality work, no frills

jamie has worked on ALL my cars in the last 6yrs and never had a problem. as for mapping my car was mapped there and yes using the rollers and same again perfect, cold start perfect, mid range perfect, full throttle perfect. can'ty fault them in anyway. AS for chav's I own a saph and it runs a jamsport sticker to show my support. As for Lee R guess he can't say good things about them as it's local competion

One thing I'll say which maybe pisses some power figure chasing customers off is that jamie will not tune a car to make the figure wanbted on the rollers, he'll tune it to the best and the safest to the parts fitted and the customers budget.

what competition, who else around the area is competition for Jam Sport? he has none....because he's the only 'known' Ford tuner in Northampton

The bloke I use doesnt advertise no-where, hardly any fucker knows about him

Since when have JamSport been known as a 'Ford' tuner? They dont specialise in any particular model of car, in fact Dan was telling me just last week that they are doing a lot of work on the Jap scene.

They have a reputation of knowing a lot about the RST engines and getting the best from them, and this was proven by Jamie's Q plate RST, and im sure will be proven again by Jamies new project.
