Default MTX box into ERST/FRST

right has anyone on here actually got this conversion done?

reson i am asking is that the clutch is posing a bit of a grey area at the moment and jano is not replying to my PM's on his forum even tho he is online....

i am thinking about having a one off clutch made by alcon as i currently have the FRST/ERST 6 paddle and am very very impressed with the item, what i was looking to do was have a new plate made up to have the input spline pattern of the MTX on the plate and use the std alcon heavy duty cover with the new plate and keep the mtx reliese bearing arangement as its hydrolic.

does anyone know if this will work or has any possibility of working as i do not wantto throw away £200 on a plate that will not work!

plus i need to know pretty sharpish as the car needs to be finished by may for FITP and also have got 2 weeks off from work so that i can get all the mk4 fiesta peddle box etc and start fitting everything in preperation.

its on the front of www.oddkiddcreations.co.uk under where it says you can contact us in the forum 247.

I would suggest starting a post regarding this question however as I know a few of the guys run this gearbox and as such you could get a better overall perspective

No offence pal, but when i tried different clutch setups and had to pay for new designs and parts and fit them.. I had to do it by trial and error.
