Complete list for someone who has a bare block (eg brand new). Assuming that you have absolutely nothing at all....

Big inside bits:

1 No Cranksahft
4 Pistons
4 Con Rods
4 Gudgeon Pins (to connect rods to pistons)
1 Oil Pump plus distribution rail

Friction parts
1 Set Piston Rings (usually come with pistons)
1 Set Small end bearings
1 Set Big end bearings
1 Set Main bearings

Other outside bits
1 Cambelt Pulley wheel for crank (including woodruff key)
1 Ancilary Pulley wheel for crank
1 Oil heat exchanger (by oil filter)
1 Oil Filter
1 Water Pump (kind of an ancillary) plus pulley wheel
1 Fire Trap for breather (known as kidney)

Plus all associated gaskets seals, etc.

Did I miss anything? Hope this helps

JJ
