Grooved Brake Discs

Looking to buy some new grooved brakes Discs for my ST220.
what would be the recommend no of grooves in the discs to minimise brake fade..?

6 groove
20 groove
40 groove

If those are your only choices, 6. The others will act like a cheese grater on the pads and also be very noisy.

thanks Mike, i thought anything over 8 grooves would be overkill, just needed your stamp of approval mate.
