can anyone tell me how to test a abs to see if its working as my light stays on?

i have a multimeter (not that i know what to do with it)

ive asked this before but no avail

 

I think if u disconnect the abs plug n put the 2 multi meter wires on the abs connectors 2 pins, jack the car up spin the wheel on which sensor u r checkin n check the resistance on the connecter when spinning the wheel is sud change when the wheel is turning.
