I don't know if this is the right plase to put this topic. The problem is that this summer at the beginning of July I sent 180pounds to KELV for a set of greys that he was selling. On the 13th July he had the money into his bank account. He was supposed to ship the set of greys to Sofia, Bulgaria where I live. Since than I havn't received any injectors or money back. He told me that I had problems with my address but I know I don't because I've bought several parts from other PF users and I had them received within 7 days. After that he told me that he was going to send me another set which I also didn't received. Than he told me that he was going to send me my money back, which he hasn't done so far in so many months . First he was sick and couldn't go to the bank, than the bank was so far and he couldn't find the time to go there. In the last month or to I've send him some PMs which he didn't respond.

Please tell me what should I do next?

I actually sold Kelv a part and to be honest it did take a long time to get payment off him despite saying he'd have the item.

BUT

He explained very early on he doesn't get on here that much etc.

July is sometime though.

Surely if you sell something to somebody it should be with you within 28 days at most. That's long enough to cover any work/home/family commitments that might arise, surely? You shouldn't have to wait 7 months for something somebody offers to sell you? If you can't get something to somebody promptly or don't give an estimated time of 7 months don't sell things..

Sold Escort cosworth side skirt fitting kit on ebay last week guy who won it had it in like 3 days might of been 2 not sure now .

Point is if people have the time to advertise stuff, take the money, then it should be sent... It should be like the next thing on the list to do..

Christ my wifes grandad died couple of months back and she still took ebay stuff to the post office as she passed by, why cause they were paid for and people were expecting them..
