You can deliver it to Sunderland if thats what he wants. If he doesn't then refund his money minus the charges and explain the auction said no non UK bidders.

As for the charges, don't use Ebay if you don't want to pay them. Use things like Freeads.

Cheers

Matt

Feedback looks O.K
Google translation of last purchase = Nice contact, gladly again!

Maybe he has friends in sunderland who are taking it to him, if you have the money from him no problem.
Did you get the £60 delivery as well?

if his paypals address is abroad, and you deliver it anywhere other than his address, all the worthless cover goes out the window!

and for the future, you can untick / tick options on your listing so only UK registered ebayers can bid

Tell him you want cash on delivery for the delivery charge, at least you will get £60 cash if it all goes pearshaped, and avoid any additional fees

Personally mate i'd refund the money back, and open a dispute (which you are quite within your rights to do), you say he's knocked £6 off the total, and hes from abroad.

Ive bought countless items that people havent actually wanted to sell, and albeit a legal obligation, if you win and they dont wana sell it theres fuck all you can do about it.

And as for the negative....if he leaves you one, you leave him one. Hence why when i sell an item i never leave feedback until ive received it, works very well as you don't get spiteful cunts leaving you negatives hastily

And as said you need to set up your bidder requirements properly

If you want to claim the ebay fee's back then you need to open an unpaid item dispute http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayIS...?CreateDispute if your not wanting to claim the fee's back then just relist the item
