Default Help needed please on fitting my actuator

You probably all think i'm being thick but i want to make sure i'm doing it right!

My workshop manual explains it as pressurising the actuator up to 10psi and then fitting the rod with the wastegate fully closed so that it just slips on.

I have a dash 34 and want to run 23psi so do i need to do the same process but pressure it up to 23psi.

Can anyone shed any light on what i need to do?

Thanks!

as a rough guide adjust the rod so that you see 1/2 the hole when fitting to wastegate arm and go from there adjusting accordingly!

So i don't need to pressure it up? and do you mean so i have to stretch it over the other half a hole?

Sorry to be a pain

if you can presure test it and see when it lifts off then do that as its more accurate
