Got the Cossie out today....
We have all heard how pants our Old Fords are compared to Evo's and Audi's and BMW's and everything else thats been made in the last 15 years
but you know....
the old girl is not a bad drive, I have spent 3 weeks driving my Audi A6 and the wifes Clio 197 and although they are both great cars, the Cossie just seems more connected. I enjoy holding the steering wheel and feeding the car into corners, ok so yes the clutch feels like it has a house on the other end, and the fookin tailgate still rattles like there's no tomorrow but ultimately I feel like I am driving the car, in control (well most of the time )
long live the old shit boxes

PassionFord Post Whore!!
I used mine today too and it was the first time I'd driven it in 3 weeks. Although it's not running 100% it's just so much fun to drive and it feels so raw and alive.

Mmmm wouldnt that be nice Havent bothered to look at mine since i put it away in September
Just lately we have had a few nice dry sunny days, so the right weather to bring it out But....................i just cant be bothered, i really dont see the point in unwrapping it, getting it out of the garage, driving round (aimlessly), then having to take it home, making sure there is no dirt on it, clean it, and then wrap it up again
Oh how sad, and what a waste of money.............................oh well
