Next months meet 28th February will be the last one at its present location at The Bull PH, Aborfield, Nr Reading Its served us all well for 3 years and the time has flew by

The place will be under going refurb and when it re-opens it will be a Restaurant and under new Management.

The new venue will be easy to find and maps, etc will follow

looking forward to hearing about the new venue - hopefully it will be closer to my new house as when i moved my journey more than doubled from 3.1 miles to 6.7

shame i couldn'r make last nights meet - too much to do before going to south africa for 2 weeks on saturday

will hopefully make the last meet at the bull next month to have a last steak meal served by the friendly staff

She did make a comment to me n boxxer about the lack of drinks, Ł1.10 was a bit excessive for a can of coke but that's about the going rate for a half of coke at a pub

at the end of the day that pub would be empty on a weds night if it werent for us lot, so no matter if she serves 1 pint of beer all night thats Ł2.80 more than what she would have got. lol

its ridiculous tho, it costs more for a pint of coke than a pint of beer in most pubs, and they wonder why people drink drive

in walkabouts they do a thing where the designated driver gets free soft drinks all night, that for me is a blinding idea.

Shame about the meet, as it was a 5 minute drive from my house. never mind.

Landlady made me laugh last night, as she had the right arsehole as ricky said. Then when Mick bought a can of coke, and she asked for Ł1.10, i nearly fell over and im not surprised no-one was drinking. I've had cheaper pints!

So where next???

I wouldn't say the place was great, particulary welcoming sometimes or sensibly priced either!!! ...but the plus side is the car park was a good size and good for the summer ...just a shame we dont have summer months all year round!
