what cards is there that does 0% on balance transfers and 0% apr ive already got mint so thats out of the question.Cheers

You'll struggle for decent 0% deals now, most will do it, but charge 2.5-3% transfer fee.

Halifax are still doing a 0% free balance transfer for 6 months (14.9%APR) on their Smart Car branded card. Still around 5 companys doing fee free transfers mostly only for 5-6 months now though.
