I love the A404 between the M4 and M40 - hardly a demanding road by any standards but a nice bit of tarmac that

The drive over the top at Helensburgh is a good one.

Drive to Buxton in amazing but so easy to catch you out.

Wrexam Road from Nantwich is amazing if its quiet.

Also really enjoy the drive from Wrexam to Transfynydd, but really have to watch for police helicopters on it now.

audley end straight
we do a test for all the cars we get out hands on, coming from littlebury, go through the derestriction at 30, see what speed you can hit on the crest 2/3rds of the way along the straight.

My best is 120.

The B road and then the A507 from newport to baldock is superb

For me any road through Burnham Beeches is a good test. Very twisy, very slippery and like a proper rally stage

true enough, its only worth doing it when the roads are quiet, in the dark is beter aswell cos you can see other peoples headlights coming a mile away.

That used to be my favourite, but I have found a better road mate. The straight that leads to sutton hospital. Try it once yours is back on the road. No fear of someone wandering lanes like there is with the mile

Yea Burnham Beeches is like a proper rally stage. Some really good roads through there. I really like the rd that goes from Burnham near the "Cherry Orchards" up towards Farnham Common and Britwell area proper nice road with tight twists and fast corners aswell
