As above, i have no idea why.
Obviously it's getting seriously hot but it doesn't blow the fuse and still works ok. I've had to re-wire the fuse to a different location in the fuse box due to the original place being melted!
I've had the fans looked at and they are fine, the next thing i think is the relay itself, but could this cause the fuse to melt?
Any other ideas would be greatly apreciated.

Common on most cossies that!
Run a seperate set of wires away from the fuse box from the battery via a relay
Use a decent size wire, fuse and holder and it will be fine!!

Mine done the same. Spoken to a few people all have same problem. I rewired my fans using new cable and relays, kept the fan switch and also added a manual overide. Had no problems since.

I sold one to Rikki Russell off here who is now breaking his Sapph and never got to fit his new loom. His user name is RSRussell. If he has sold his then I can make you one if you want.

I must say that is a top piece of kit, looks very professional. I think you must do that sort of thing for a living
How much do you charge for the loom?
Cheers
Dave

Speak to Rikki about his Dave. I am extremely busy at the moment and won't be able to make one for a while yet. I have only just finished work at 10pm just to give you a perspective on how busy I am.
