Anyone of here thats one.. Or has some more sense than me!!
Theres a building at the bottom of my road thats come up for auction.. In it there are 7 flats.
If they get sold, can you new owners kick the tenants out or do they have to wait till their tenancy agreements are up?
Plus on the link.. (thats the manky house) it says on some of them "holding over" what does that mean?
Asking, as i hate the ppl in the flats and wish theyd be off the steet!!

You would have to let the ast (assured short term) tennancy agreements expire. All the flats seem to be making reasonable money.
What are the term of the auction? what deposit is required? They are often higher then you would expect.
