Default quick insurance question

now i know you cant use your no claims bonus on 2 cars at the same time.

but last year i got a second car on the road (my nova) and as it was more expensive to insure i swopped my ncb onto that car and left a daily runner (the mg)

well a year on and insurance time has come again.
i have earnt a years ncb on the mg on that policy and what was 3 years in now 4 on the nova.

i just want to check that i can use ncb on both cars. (a year on one and 4 on the other)

also does it matter what car has what ncb with it?

The insurance company see it a 2 seperate policies, what you can't do is use the same NCB on both cars at the same time as you know.

You could swap NCB between cars depending on what gives you the biggest discount.

Hope that is what you meant.
