Default Funny Voices on TomTom

Just bought a CD for my TomTom that has all the funny voices on etc but can't get it to load the contents onto the TomTom. I assumed you would copy the contents from the CD onto the 'TomTom home' folder, but it wont let me browse the cd drive.

Has anyone else managed this !, if so some info would be helpfull !

Cheers

When I put the cd in it keeps saying 'no tomtom contents can be found'
so i can't even see it in tomtom home to put it across into the tomtom.

I assume that teh CD should load into the tomtom home file ??

Managed to copy the files into the memory card, switched unit off and back on (with removing the memory card) but can't find the voices on the tomtom, but there in the file. !

I can copy them into the voices folder but they have the same names like data06.chk so do i need to re-name them all first ?

I just put all the data from the cd into a new folder, put my sd card into the laptop, then transfered all the voices into the voice folder on the card.

Its just a gimmick really though and i bet youll find youll hardly use them as most are unclear anyway. And since ive had all the voices and map colours added, my tomtom seems to be losing signal more often, especially between large buildings. I have a 1gb card too so its got plenty of memory left.
