Also, what 3 games? Two immaterial cup games we conceded 9 against Arsenal and scored 4, so please do tell me where were the other 3 goals conceded at home and against who?
You will find when those two cup games were played I wasn't even online, I didn't have internet connection restored until the 11th Jan and those games were played on the 6th & 9th, so how do you work out 2 mins after?
You don't 'arf go on.... get over it like ALL the Liverpool fans have.
There again if you're that interested to know why Rafa wasn't bothered, search the Liverpool forums to find out, it's all there in black and white

How can I be "deluded"?
I know we're a middle order team, and not good enough to play Champions League football. Where we are right now accurately reflects the way we play, but winning any cup will be a good start for the club. We are also nowhere near as good as Liverpool, and don't have anything like the strength in the squad.....

Benitez could not be drawn on how Liverpool had won the Champions League under his management, but it appears Spanish Clubs have been using a similar system in Europe for the past decade. He did finally comment that Spanish football was more technical than the cut and thrust of the Premiership, and technically he considers his team top of the Premiership. Lucky for him, since the fans within the Kop spent most of their childhood outside of educational establishments, Benitez has
them believing Liverpool have a decent team.
