Wonder if police and taxi drivers will still be able to use there radio's?
I've never understood this, as the problem with mobile phone use is now the holding of the handset yet taxi drivers and the police are able to use there radios of which they have to hold to press the transmit button. I know that they are not usually long conversations but I was in a car with a twat of a taxi driver who was talking to the dick head at the office for about 2 mins holding the radio the whole time.
