two mounting brackets at either end. they are easy, you wont have any trouble

13mm bolts each side, unbolt them & the bumber slides off the two clips. Depending how low your car is, you can usually get you arm up to the bolts without jacking the car up or removing the shit guards.

U would think!!!!!!!!!!!!! Both the bolts on my old cossie were rusted to fuck!!!!!!!! had to break the plastic mounts in the end to get the fooker off!!

was at quicko today to see how much the mounting brackets are as mine has sagged down a little bit near the arches

54 quid each plus VAT

is there any way i can raise them up again without buying new ?

Matt it's not the brackets that sag its the trianglar hole on the bodywork that goes. I'll show you on mine tonight what you need to do.

they never line up with the grill / panel

same here mate my back bumpers mounts are rusty, major siezage haven't looked at the front
I have a real hate to love my ford lol
