As above...you are at fault in my opinion and the ONLY reason he has ridden off is because he wasn't legally riding the bike.
indeed one of the few omissions that is illegal

Road Traffic Act 1988

Failing to report an accident as required.

Bloody hell if the law was actually followed properly, they could have you for all sorts

just had a nosy at some of the things you ould be liable for

i wouldn't worry too much though dear as above, the guidelines of law never seem to be followed!

Ive ridden bikes for 10 years, and I never heard of the knee out thing being an insult!

I've done it to people when my hands are busy, if i'm changing gear or something.

I thought it meant "CUNT!" when you try and kick their mirror off on the way past!

AlanS1 - Jeezus What a rant?! Chill will ya?

Besides, its not possible to go through a gap which is too small! Maybe there are gaps you SHOULDN'T go through.

Still, loved the story about Gary wanking over your sister while she slept Don't beleive a word of this one though.

Keep dreaming eh

phil4x4saph it's a wind up mate.

i would have thought it's obvious that it's a gesture of thanks. easier than removing ones helmet and saying "thank you awfully for your courteous road manners my good man. good day to you sir"

You NEED to report it to the police asap!!!! It will probably be seen as your fault insurance wise if he was legally overtaking traffic, although im not 100% sure on that.

Just make sure you report the incident asap.
