Correct me if I'm wrong but around about the time the escos first came out there was a company somewhere in europe that were manufacturers
of the same wheels but without the ford logo ( they were on a green escort in one of the mags) & you could buy the wheels from them, if you could find out
what the name of the company was they might have made bigger versions

borbet make the rs 7 spokes, maybe it was them that made the original escos wheels?
however, they would be casting them, and being a german company would have to put them through the tuev approval process before sellig them which would cost them a fortune. the potential sales volume of such a design is so small compared to their universal designs that i very much doubt that it would make economic sense.
your best best is somewhere to custom machine them on a cnc station. but the cost of the billet alloy alone would be rather high

Original wheels where made by Ronal someone contact them for a group buy?
The only prob with all the photoshops is even thou the wheels are enlarged in scale the centers would still remain the same size as the originals.. if that makes sence

that is the bollocks they all are
im sure it would be easier to get one made from the us and get them to give you the settings and hey presto you will have a wheel to go off and messurements to check against when you see all these people making wheels they are only programmed messurements that have been scaled down from drawings on them digital drawing pads then machined from ally checked then produced .im sure there is more to it than that but thats got to be the basic's of it

the silver sapphire with the shark tooths looks superb , what a pity they never came out the factory like this , ive always liked these wheels ,ad like to see what 19" or 20" would look like on escos (mallard)
