18 inch escos alloys to fit a 3dr?

can you make 18 inch alloys that would of come off an escos fit onto a 3dr cossie??

not 100% sure what the offset would be on the rims but could it be done-if so what mods are needed

that would be MASSIVE amounts of grief. Ive got 16" Escort Cosworth offset wheels, and they scrub enough!
