ive nothing against the welsh, ive quite a few good mates who are welsh, BUT i bet that car is from wales - the boyos there love their big budflaps and lighting pods for road rallies, i'm surprised its not had its wheels sprayed gold aswell

I bet his in his late 30s to early 50s and he hasnt modified a car ever before, or not for many many years, and this is his first crack at it.
If its not his first crack he is one of them old guys who previously drove round in a badly modified XR4x4/ST24/Probe.
