Default Engine running without coolant?

Please dont take the piss this is a serious question, how long do you reckon a car could run without coolant in?

My drive has a pretty big slope for the bottom half of it with the top half level and the garage at the end. I want to drop the coolant out the missus’ clio at the bottom of the drive but I’ve got a few things I need to do to it so need it up near the garage really. I was thinking of dropping the coolant out, starting it and driving up the slope to the garage. If I was to do it the car would only be running for probably 20-30 seconds, would I get away without damaging anything or is this a completely cock idea ?
