listen mate

speak to guy or simon from opie oils they sell loads of oil

they will tell you what oil you need but you must tell them what your doing with the car ie: trackdays /fast road ect

they are not bias to any oil as they sell nearly every brand you could think of

Not really wrong imho.. everyone has a different opinion of what oil to use. The viscosity of the Mobil 1 oil which I have been using for the past four years without issue and reccomended by Exxon mobil Lubricants & Specialities helpdesk after being faxed my engine build and dyno sheets is not what most people on this forum reccomend.
I have even had people state that I am wrong to use this oil, a lot of the information passed on for such a question is based on personal experience and opinions and nothing more scientific.
It is just a question of who you wish to believe, I myself choose the people who make and test the oils imho
Although your tuner would be another good source for advice
