Default window tints

on my discovery ive got all the windows blacked out apart from winscreen and have just read on another site that you get 3 points and £60 fine,i new about the fine ,does any know about the 3 points bit???

Not heard about the Points But fine yes
My old 110 deffender was 1 over the limit but never got stopped over them


My bro has it now so if any more info is given over the points thing i'll let him know

I want to get my disco done but not as dark tbh as driving @ night is shit for mirrors

it has to let a certain amount of light through and if it fails there is a fine.

not heard of points for it though.

They have proper machines that they put against the window. I got a £30 fine for a previous car and had to rip the film out there and then. They were only just over the limit too. Mine was the lightest one that the place had. To be honest, anything other than factory tint will fail the test. I beleive its if you get caught re-offending then points can be given and the fines can then get pretty high.

That happened to my m8s bro his was vey dark

My old 110 in the frist pic was 1 graid above the legal limit if you get a company to do it you have to sign a form saying you know it not legal ect for use on pubilic ground ect ect
