Is it possible to download a program off the net to cut songs & add them as ringtones on your mobile?
I've got some songs i find quite fitting for people!

wat phone u got?
is the music u want mp3? most decent newish phones allow u to put mp3's onto the phone and then u get the option to use it as a ringtone anyway, so therefore dont need any fancy software??? depends on the phone tho obviously
