It is infact the new Focus ST TDCi 
Followed 2 the other day going into the Aston Martin factory near me..... both with covers on but could make out the diesel smoke from the rear

My in local I talk to an old boy drinks there who works for ford as an engineer, he's always telling me about stories when he was involved in developing cars right back to the sierras.
He raves about the mk2 focus too, I'll ask him about the rs when I see him... after a few beers of course!

Differences from an ST:
Headlights are smoked, ST's aren't.
Front bumper is different from the ST's (not valid but different)
Wheels obviously
Suspension is A LOT lower
Seats are not original Ford items thats for sure.
Is it an RS - Probably.
Will they make it if it is - Probably not.
Will they make a TDCi - Probably.
All swings and roundabouts.

what makes you possitivly sure about that mate in redline a year or two back cosworth built a focus cosworth in america

the fords are being made from the volvo parts bins im afraid,,,,, same as he cheepo volvos are aswell and the V50 has a fucking ford street ka engine fitted to is as they couldnt get rid of the fookers
volvos quality ended when they stopped being the only company who never used german car parts ect,,,,, thats when they started to be built on a " we need as much profit as poss" budget
