Stu your getting to technical again
Basic spec, head ported with 26mm inlet port exhaust standard as are the valves.

BD14 inlet cam standard exhaust
7/5/1 compression ratio
and about 30 to 34 peak boost presure

I want fast accelaration really over top end speed.

Assuming you're definately using a T34 then surely you'd be better with the 0.63 housing if you're using ALS ?
I would have thought the larger exhaust housing would have enabled the engine to run more efficiently and with the ALS you won't be bothered about the slight reduction in lag that you'd gain using the 0.55 housing ?

Just my 2p worth.

.55 will spool up quicker but will tend to tun out of puff in comparative terms to .63 at high revs.

As CossieEdd said you will not really notice the lag as the ALS will compensate for it.

More so than the 0.63 but you'd have to ask someone like Stu how much difference it will make.

I'd use a 63 with ALS on your spec'd engine all day long! AIMO

i have a 55 on a basic low comp stage 3 runnig 20 psi and am very pleased with the results as doesnt seem to run out of puff at all. pulls so much harder than stage1 but really feel it above 110-120 where it flies round to over 155.
im not an expert but just my opinon.....

Yes i still have my 55.
But as i didnt spot your going for anti lag i presume a .63 would be better for top end power as the anti lag will do it lower down whilst your waiting for it to spool up.
