Nothing begining with G, so no G.G.

Caution with 2 names as in Frederick Alfred Green = F.A.G.
or David Oliver Green = D.O.G

Avoid same initials as yourself, a mistake I made.

Avoid current Celeb names or you get "Did you name him/ her after XXX"

Short names are easier to shout, if you like to shout at kids, though it will probably be illegal in years to come.

Don't use any of your mates names, could be misunderstood why you did.

I like.. Stuart, but can't think why.

Barny?
Jerome?
Kelvin?

IMHO Avoid Old/Trad

George
Albert
Henry
Jack
Rupert
Jacob
Alfie
Ernie - On that note go for a name without a vowel on the end. Ernie may be cool when hes 5, but when hes 18 and trying to score it comes across as young. Fine if he chooses to shorten it. but dont inflict it on him.

*You wouldnt call a daughter Ethel or Doris would you?

Joshua sounds good.

Sure these a website with a list somewhere. Look at other English speaking countries as there will be more unusual choices.

2cents

cricket? villiage? rizzla?

but a serious suggestion, kalvin
or perhaps russell

if you wanthim to sound like a lorcd then things like archibald or bartholemew would do good too but he'll have the living piss taken out of him and i wouldn't want to inflict that

go for a cool name so he canintriduce himself properly when he gets older, like james
