Default STUCOS????

Stu,

Since I payed you for the OMP strutbrace 4 months ago I never did receive it from you.

It's been 5 (!) weeks now since I heard from you and I was wondering what kind of action you will take to get me my money back.

Why don't you repy on my PM's??

Let me know, this must come to an end don't you think??

Cheers, Wim

Hi wim as i have told you it is in the hands of british post office, ans as ppl will tell you on here they cannot be hurried,as soon as i get a reply from them i will contact you,you have proof that i posted above item but i dont have proof that you never recieved item as you wanted it posted as cheap as possable ? many ppl know me on here ,have been in the rs scene for 10 yrs ,never ripped any body off,can be a bit lazy at times, but who cant, and if i was going to rip some body off it would be for more than £50

will be in touch

Stu, you have PM'ed me that the postoffice wanted 21 GBP for the delivery and you would see if it could be any cheaper.

cheeRS stu
So, not fair what you wrote, is it?

Then I didn't hear from you that you could get it posted any cheaper. We just aggreed on the price and you would send it to me.
You didn't tell me that you would post it at a cheaper service and like it seems now also an unsafer service.

I even asked before sending for a track and trace number. You wrote me after that you had posted it that british postoffices don't give these tracking numbers so you didn't get one.

All other stuff I had bought from the UK was send with a track and trace number. So I think you will understand that this is a little strange to me. And now since August after it was send no postoffice can find anything anymore, then they lost the claim form you filled in, you didn't have the receipt anymore because you have put that with the claim form etc etc and I just have to wait forever..

That's not fair to me is it?

I do can understand that it can take some time to solve this, but come on, 4 months now! And with that I don't get any pm's from you the last weeks anymore. No more messages or replies on my messages with any action taken by you to solve it.

'Will be in touch' can go on forever this way..

I will not use the words 'rip off' like you wrote because I can't believe people at a forum like this with the same interest will do this to eachother.

But I do think they should try to solve it straightaway, one way or the other.

Wim you payed by paypal,so you could have claimed by them,as soon as i get word back it will be sorted, ither good found or a refund,it will be sorted in your favour,i am as miffed off as you about this,i have posted parts all over the world and must say this is the first thing that has got lost,i know how you feel,as i have had to wait long periods of time for part before ,and you often wounder is the seller/trader telling the truth,
the british post office dont even have a phone number for there complaints office, every thing is done to a po box,so i cant even phone for a progress report,

If your item was sent the cheapest way then it would have been by surface mail and that would'nt have had a tracking number. It can take 15+ week's for a claim to get sorted with Royalmail

Like I also told you before in my PM, I contacted PayPal after you advised me about this and they told me nothing can be claimed if it hasn't been bought of Ebay! So you already know this..

So this means it can take forever like it does already, cant it??

There are a lot of phonenumbers on the Royal Mail site, so there must be some other way for you to contact them.

Stu, I don't know what you want with that kind of posts and I don't even comment on it. It is certainly not the way to get things solved.

I just tell the facts like you know they are just like I described in my previous replies. I don't write stuff that isn't true.

Just want to have the feeling that you really work on it to get it solved, is that so unfair to ask?

After all these months waiting and weeks of not hearing anything from you is it strange for me to get the feeling I have lost my money and that it becomes a never ending story?

I hope you will stay polite in your conversations with me like I do to you.

If it was me in your shoes I also wouldn't sit back untill it was cleared. I know not everybody acts the same way, but at least show me you still care by sending me regular a message how you are doing with it.
And please reply on my pm's and do come with some info without me having to ask for it all the time.

That would give me the feeling it will be allright in the end.

Fair enough?

i put a claim into post office in june and am still waiting.
from what they told me there waiting on a form to be returned from the other guy.
now i now know the other guy was pulling a fast one as i havent had any contact from him since i sent a copy of the claim form to him.
however, it could be a case of the post office has not yet sent the form to you, or they hqve and it hasnt got there.

for anyone thats intesested the phone number to call to talk about a claim is

08457740740 but you will need the claim ref number, and this is on the letter they send you once they recive the claim, although i had to ask for mine when i called as my letter to say they had my claim didnt arrive.

another factor is the post office could of misplaced the claim form, i was hit with that crap when i first called.

it could be different in this case as royal mail might be speaking to the post service over there as they might of been the ones that lost it not royal mail, who knows.

anyhow hope ya both get it sorted

Have to say ive delt with Stu before and hes bent over backwards. If hes said its been posted then it has been.

In my book if the buyer only wants to pay the cheapest postage then the risk is with them not the seller

And seriously, you wanted a strut brace sent by basic royal mail ?? WTF's wrong with you, any postie could of nicked that for their own motor, or flogged it on e-bay

Surely sending it by DHL, or by Parcel Force wouldn't of worked out that much dearer, and at least you could track the parcel

Hi Stu,

I havent received the money from you yet as you promised to pay me back 8 weeks ago. And also dont get any replies on my PM's from you.

As I can see you do reply on other posts here so be kind and also respond to mine. Let's solve this matter after all these months.

Cheers, Wim

Anyone who sells or buys stuff from here and sends the item/s the cheap way is ASKING for trouble....the max compensation you will get is 100x the value of a first class stamp. I spent many years in the Royal Mail dealing with complaints and dodgy Postmen......i'd never send anything remotley valuable by normal mail

Like Stu wrote here the post office has send him a letter to refund him 32 GBP for the loss of the parcel. It's more than nothing.

But Stu told me 2 months ago he would refund it straightaway but since than I didnt hear anything from him again.

Send him a few PM's whats going on but no replies. Seeing he is posting here on PF so knowing he is still around.. I know he can be trusted like everybody here is telling, but dont have an idea why he isnt responding to me anymore.

Stucos, did you get paid out by the post office?

If so, why havent you given Wim his money back, as that payout IS his money after all surely?

Seems the moral of this story is: dont buy from Stucos.

Like it or not, that is how it looks to other potential buyers.

Sorry but its far from fair that you have kept the £32 compensation and not sent it to the buyer, especially as you said you would send it!

For people saying stop hassling Stucos, if it was YOU that had bought something and not got the item, or a (part) refund after being promised one, would YOU just sit back and let the clock tick on?

Thought not.
