AFTER SELLING ME TWIN HEADLIGHTS AT NATIONAL DAY SAYING THEY WILL DEFO FIT THEY DONT WRONG WIRING LOOM AND HAVING SPOKEN TO THEM ON THE PHONE THE OWNERS WIFE JANE HAS SAID TOUGH SHIT NOT OUR PROBLEM.

if you really want to sort them out, you can take them to the small claims court, as goods sold, even privatly have to be "as described and fit for purpose", tell them this and write a letter stating unless you recive a full refund in 14 days you will be forced to take action against them. See how that goes, then if you really have to you can take them to the small claims court under the trade descriptions act. 
if you ring your local trading standards or citizens advice centre, they should be able to help you. But to be honest a polite, firm letter threatening action will probably do the trick, as they won't want the hassle of going to court

i know its no consolation but we were sold some focus twin angel eye headlights, being assured they were right hand drive we bought a good few,
after selling some we found out they were for left hand drive, firstly we offered everyone full refund plus postage (everyone who contacted us that is), we then spent fortunes getting the whole job sorted out to make them into rhd because nobody wanted to send them back,
unfortunately the wiring just plugs into them so thats no help,
too many firms are quick to take your money then do nothing if there is a problem, they HAVE to take them back due to being NOT as described .
cheers nomad ps when you send them back make sure you get a signature on reciept.

Tiff - he does it every time tho I'll jsut be sitting there and BAM msn page opens, Pops says: Gums + plums, I go to reply and he's fooking gone! This happens 5-6 times a night at them mo too
