Will the brake balance be out...?
Bet your all fooking sick by now of me and my brake posts
But, by fitting these 4x4 calipers up front, they have a MUCH larger piston than the S1 calipers, so will need more fluid to be pushed into them to make em bite, will this cause an imbalance in the bias set up?
Will the rears still come on as normal but the fronts take longer as more fluid needs to be pushed in?
If so how do you change this? Does it have a proportioning valve or something?

You have had to bleed the brakes when they were fitted yes, in which case as long as the Brake fluid in the resevoir on the master cylinder is above the line the fluid amount should still be ok. The rear bias shouldnt be affected as the master cylinder has two parts, one for front and one for rear, and on the standard system on the S1 it has an accumalater mounted near the drivers inner wing. besides that you have done nothing to increase the amount of rear braking, so should all be OK
What you might find is that the S1 master cylinder might struggle with the extra demands, that the bigger calipers put on it, but that will depend on condition and age of the braking system.
