Is anyone familiar with a .shs file? It is called a scrap object file

Basically it opened up using word but didn't have a word icon

I changed properties of the file to open with word and now it's all stupid shapes and boxes that come up

Now i can't find how to put it back to the original file type

Can anyone help??
