A couple of my mates have them already, they are pretty good!! Not great for serious games as the controllers can be a bit hit or miss, but they are amazing fun for just having a laugh with some mates!!
I can't decide what to do now... I have put it on eBay but I reckon it will go for just over Ł400 (cost Ł280 with the games) so I might just keep it instead as its not much profit for getting up so early

You just fill out a form on the Nintendo website and they post you out a new strap, no recall
P.S. I kept it in the end and have been playing it loads, its awesome
