it aint secure, so turn it off unless u need it (ur battery will last longer once its off too)

There are 'spy' progs u can send to certain phones so ur phone aint ever that secure anyway

Basically with the right software you can lift all the numbers and messages ffrom the phone and the user wont even Know about it

It happens LOADS at conferences where competitors steal contacts names etc and OTHER details on PDA style phones via Bluetooth

Unless you have paired devices to use turn the bloody thing off

we have to turn ours off at work and we sell bloody Pizzas

Yup, its possible, its easy, infact when im bored at work i do do it as we have tons of PDAs and bluetooth phones here for the engineers.

Jus bloody turn the bluetooth option off unless you paired upto a PDA like Nige said.

You can change the comfermation code (usualy 0000 or 1234) but theres ways of hacking that.

I wouldnt trust it at all.

you can also often set "hide" or "hidden" if you want to keep bluetooth turned on because you need to use it but dont want it to be found by other devices that are not already paired with it
