just a quick couple questions chaps.
did all s2 rs turbo's come with a sunroof and central locking???
all im askin 4 is a m8 of mine has d reg mk4 and his doesnt hav a sunroof or central lockin. dont know wether it has a fuel computer i never asked him.

also is there any way of tellin the difference between the xr3i n the turbo cars apart from the colour coded window surround n stripes round the car and of course the engine n interior???

Think the non custom cars didn't have a sunroof or a lot of the electronic toys inside.

XR's dont have the RS skirt, arches or vented bonnet.

i new the xr's never come with them cos ive got 1 . need 2 know wot the rs's never possibly come with

All came with sunroofs. Difference was electrics pack: windows, mirrors, central locking, heated windscreen, fuel computer.

Wrong.... non-customs [or at least some of them] came with no sunroofs.

Just checked the brochure:

Optional extras were:

*Electrically operated and heated wing mirrors (black housing)
*Paint: Metallic and black options
*Windscreen rapid demist
*Custom pack consisting of Central Locking, Electrical Windows and Tilt/Slide sunroof
*Fuel Computer
*ICE options
*Recaro seats

If they didn't specify the custom pack, they didn't get a sunroof.
