Default Mortgages

Right, me and the missus are in the process of buying a house. We've been to see a few mortgage advisors and had an idea of what we can get. So the last advisor we went to see said look for property at that price and come back. We found a house, put an offer in and had it accepted then we went back to get the mortgage sorted, we decided on the mortgage and applied but we got turned down

Got another meeting with him tomorrow to try another lender but does this sound like we aren't gonna get one?? Has anyone had this experience or been turned down then got a mortgage through another lender???

Please help, we don't wannalose this house we've found, it's so nice!!!

Have you got adverse credit or bankruptcy?

The above points dont rule you out for a mortgage mate.

There are lenders that will still consider you even without deposits and even if your not registered on the tax register.

As long as your credit history is stable and your current debt is minimal then you are still eligible.

you might get one but youll probably find that you will pay a higher rate of interest, try asking a family member for a deposit

Not necessarily.

Different lenders, different criteria, they are all different, it is amazing what you can get nowadays.
