I imagine 17s would be better for track use. Tyres cheaper, more clearance, handle better etc....

Default 17 or 18

I voted 17" I like the look of the 18" old mo and new mo, but the geezer that built my engine advises against me fitting 18's on my car, he says it fucks the handling up, so i'll say to you stick with 17's

had 18's on my saff for 3 years now .. felt alot better than the 17's that were on there..
feels much more planted on the track and the road .. only possible downside is tramlining on the motorways ...
i prefer the 18's

18" i could drive with a 360 brake
17" the brake must be smaler

and the breaking with a 360 is better than a 330 for example

i don´t drive both of the wheels,i only heard about a better cornering with 17"

what say the trackday experts ?

Ive got 18inch with big tyres and the handling has improved, as long as u roll the archers and maybe knock the suspension cup up 5mm it will still perform well and you'll have the looks too

I have been forced to go with 18's due to the size of my brakes, otherwse I would go with 17's without hesitation.
