dunno if any of you out there keep old mags but back in the 90,s there was a feature in car and car conversion, max power and a the ford mags of a white series 2 escort turbo reg f139 pvw.it was built by bailey motorsport and was originally i think at 270bhp on a 1.6.it had blue tiger stripes down the back and motorsport stickers on the bottom of the doors and a set of what i think were speedline 5 spokes.it was round the same sort of time as the turbo systems saff.
does anyone have a mag feature on it as i used to own it a while after it was featured and would love a copy of a feature because the car got scrapped two owners after me.
cheers neil

Hi Neil,
If you could narrow it down to a a couple of years in the 90s I could have a look for you. Literally thousands of old car mags inc FF and PF
Cheers

hello matey hows you? i loved that car when i had her, dunno why the bloke after me changed the parts on her.he took out the cam and actuator that was on it when i had her cos it was too quick for him! but i spose when he was used to an xr3 it would seem a bit of a handful.she did used to come in all or nothing when i had he.
she looks good in them photos, part of the reason i want the feature of her now she,s gone from the road.
was a shmae about the rot, gets them all in the end you bought it a few years after i sold her didnt you?

yeah was my first turbo.. and was well quick enough for me....
sure the chap i got it off said that it had a -34 that he changed to a -31 and she sat with a standard esc cos when i had her...
still would love to see the feature pics from the car...
still had the for sale tag from the dealer,, may have actually kept that.
can`t remember the place but said about the tiger stripes, if fact i can still remember some bits on the car where you couls see where they were...

yeah it was a -34 when i had it.there was no boost till 4k but fuck me you knew when it came in. ahmed siad he hated it cos he couldnt set it up nice due to the type of cam turbo and actuator but he did say it was fucking quick though
the turbo was just a cossie spec 360,cut back bladed job on a 48housing.as far i knew.
yeah there were a few tell tale bits where the stickers were.the bloke i got it off only removed them a few months before i bought it,shame cos i loved them.
