i have no fuel reaching the injecters. there is fuel preasure to the unit and cold start valve and the air flap move freely. thanks for any help any one can give me.

 

sounds like an air leak as same thing happend on mine turned out to be the crap dump valve

 

You wont get to see fuel coming out the injectors unless cranking the engine while someone pushes down on the flap obviously with the injectors out or nuts cracked on them. can do it yourself by getting the fuel pump to run constantly if your stuck for a pair of hands.

 

cheers for reply. i did remove a injecter and jammed flap open a bit but not a drop came out. i didnt know weather it might be something to do with the preasure actuator on the side of the unit. im not sure what this bit does

 

cud be the black box control unit onthe side??
