Driver Kurt Göttlicher and Co-Driver Josef Pointinger.
The car was white and red with EXCALIBUR-Lettering on it.

Mike taylor, ran mike taylor developments from a large unit on the standard way industrial estate in northallerton, he prepped rally cars for years for ford and privateers, towards the end he had gone jap and was prepping evo 4's at the time, I went to the auction when all his stock was sold off he now lives in france and runs an equestrian centre.

my mate had a escort rally car with MIKE TAYLOR DEVELOPMENTS
kevlar rally seats, made by MOTORDRIVE.
they are still in buisness,and afaik MTD as they were usually known
put them seats in loads of cars.
he did some fantastic rally cars,they were a good rally team

anyway especially for MAXIE
