I get my oil from the local cash and cary, and the old containers go on the back of the local chavs pickup when he aint looking, he appreciates allsorts of scrap metals

I dont blame you I was reading the other thread with Gracie, Ran and a few others on about running their cars on it. I was tempted to run my Mondy Td on it but the fuel consumption looks really good compared to my 740

I would of thought Costco or Makro would be cheap for the fat

Theres this one on Trader for Ł995 with 80k on the clock. Personally i wouldnt give more than 750 for it. But you think it looks too pikey?

i was running mine on a mix of cooking oil and diesel, reverted back to diesel as it does soooo much more MPG and runs better too

its got nothing to do with the police its customs and excise who nab you,its like running on reder diesel if they catch you and your a private user its a Ł500 on the spot fine

i think you can register with customs and excise online and pay some duty- once paid and you have a receipt, whos to say how much you have used??

simple its a thing called "DUTY" you can run chip fat as long as you declare it to customs who average out how much you use and you pay accordingly,its call bio disel
Red is for farm and plant use only you are only allowed to use red on the road for a certain distance IE farmers who have land down the road I think its 15 miles,
