escort rs2000 engine oil????

im doing a service this weekend on my rs2000 just wondered what oil is recomended for her? i dont want to put cheep oil in her

any good make 10/40 or 5/30 should be fine for it

ford recommend 5/30 for it, but either are good, 10/40 usually better fro higher mileage versions
