Was thinking 1998-1999 shitroen Xsara Diesel ? (the non turbo one, cheap runaround has to be cheap to maintain too)

What else is about for about the same price ?

Got a shitroen diesel for test now. Drives slow, really slow.
Speedo doesn't move, but fuel level neither.

Shite yellow color, full of scratches, might be ideal runaround.
