hi everyone ,could someone please help me im about to poly bush the rear of my s2 and i need a pic of a poly bushed rear suspension arm,also do you have to remove the metal insert on the inner bush as the poly bush doesnt seem to fit with this in and its rusted to fook .

Any help would be much appreciated .

ive just looked in the picture gallery ,and yes i do have to remove the metal bit in the middle, cant wait its rusted in fookin solid
