Default Help Please

Ive just fitted a MINT 4 Spoke RS Steering wheel to my 4x4 Sapphire Cosworth.
Problem is whilst turning it is clicking, like its catching on the stalk

Ive noticed on the original wheel in the centre of the boss there is a small piece of the hexagon cut away & the 4 spoke doesnt.
Is there any way round this

Or have i got to remove
Steve

it's probably the bit that turns the indicators off when you straightening the steering wheel

Its not catching as much today,as you can see where it has been rubbing.
Just noticed a vibration through the wheels at about 80mph & think its a coincidence since ive changed it.
Car is low & polybushed. Does vibrate also if brake alittle hard.
Either wheels need tracking & balancing to eliminate problem, or its sommit else
Have jacked driverside up, as thats wgere it seems to be, but there is no play
& feels tight.
Ant ideas Guys
