I deleted a file that I shouldnt of , yes I know i'm a CUNT fro doing so.

Does any one have any ideas how I can get it back

Its ok, you'll find theres many sites that will have similar, if not the SAME porn video so its not deleted forever

hate to say but unless you can find some data recovery software ... or you have norton .. you might be a bit shafted...

if you have protected bin then its in there .. right click the bin and run unerase wizard

1. Log on to Windows as Administrator.

2. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore. System Restore starts.

3. On the Welcome to System Restore page, click Restore my computer to an earlier time (if it is not already selected), and then click Next.

4. On the Select a Restore Point page, click the most recent system checkpoint in the On this list, click a restore point list, and then click Next. A System Restore message may appear that lists configuration changes that System Restore will make. Click OK.

5. On the Confirm Restore Point Selection page, click Next. System Restore restores the previous Windows XP configuration, and then restarts the computer.

6. Log on to the computer as Administrator. The System Restore Restoration Complete page appears.

7. Click OK

This should restore your PC to say 2 days ago? or maybe even yesterday, then the file should be back where it was before you deleted it!

Yeh and dont install any software either, as deleting a file windows allocates that file as free space (it just deletes the header, thats why it takes 1 second to delete a 1gig file).
