how do you put a breather port in a rocker cover?

how do you put a breather port in a rocker cover?
i need to put a breather port in a new rocker cover i just got, i have seen the breather ports on ebay, but is there a way to get them in? does the port need to be welded in etc?

Mine is drilled and tapped for an aeroquip fitting,i also had to machine the cover to take the fitting...
Pretty sure you can get a similar fitting without the threaded top and just a pipe to jubilee clip a hose on to....

Get down you local Plumbing shop have a look whot they have to offer take the hose with you to get the right size end
My m8 got mine and he's some thing to do with plumbing The as NIGHTDIVVA said just get the cover drilled and tapped
