Un-Official Parking Ticket Help!
My girlfriend got a parking ticket from a private car park the other day, it all looks official but obviously its not from the Police/Traffic Warden! They ask for £35 now or £65 after 25 days when they request your information from the DVLA from your plates. It says if you don't pay they will take you to court for the charges...
Now I think it is all balls and they can't make you pay as its not official, they just want to scare people into paying. They took a picture of her in the car as well as she left.
Is there anything official on these? She won't listen to me telling her to call their bluff... I would just ignore it until it went away

I would check the car park for signing as before penalties can be issued there must be sufficient signing. We got one of our girls off with an official parking ticket by arguing the signing point.
